Hello, all.
So, over the past few months I have dropped SimCity 2013 entirely, in favor of Cities:Skylines. But, I woke up the other day with the desire to play an authentic game of SimCity 4. I found both the discs for Rush Hour and SC 4, located the DRM code, and even found my old Windows XP laptop.
That's when the trouble began.
After sitting around, collecting dust for the past year, the laptop has deteriorated to the point where the speakers and keyboard no longer function. I decided to try and play it on my ASUS Windows 10 computer, but have had trouble getting it to work. If anyone could show me how to run the game on W10, that'd be great, or you can tell me if it's impossible.
